Bus Transportation
It is the mission of the Laveen Elementary School District’s Transportation Department to deliver students to and from school safely, efficiently, in a professional and courteous manner.
Programs & Services
Bus transportation is not mandated by the legislature, but a privilege offered by the Laveen Elementary School District. Transportation service will be offered to:
- Kindergarten through Eighth Grade Students – Students living within a school’s transportation zone (PDF).
- Special Education Students – Students with disabilities who require transportation, as indicated in their respective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- All other students will be considered ineligible for transportation to and from school. Exceptions must be approved by the Superintendent.
Bus Passes
All bus riders must present their bus pass/student identification badge when they board and exit the bus.
