Academics
Committed to providing a quality education and school experience for each student, the Academic Services Department ensures students have the tools they need to be successful.
Before & After School Child Care
The District offers a before/after school child care program called Kids Club. This program offers carefully planned, well-supervised activities for children in grades kindergarten through sixth.
Bus Transportation
It is the mission of the Laveen Elementary School District’s Transportation Department to deliver students to and from school safely, efficiently, in a professional and courteous manner.
Child Nutrition
Laveen serves safe, nutritious, quality meals while encouraging students to develop life-long skills and knowledge to make healthy food choices.
Developmental Preschool
The Laveen Elementary School District supports the importance of a child’s early years by providing a Preschool Program for children with identified special needs.
Gifted Education
Laveen’s gifted education program provides services for students with superior intellect or advanced learning abilities.
Health Services
Our health services team is comprised of two district registered nurses and eight health associates. Each school has a health office to treat minor illnesses and injuries and administer medications.
Intramural Sports
Intramurals are a wonderful opportunity for our children to practice sports-specific skills, learn to play together as a team, and enjoy the thrill of competition in a safe, supervised environment.
Preschool
The Laveen Elementary School District offers four full-day preschool programs at select campuses within the district.
